Pollen is the reproductive cell of plants and is the only source of protein for bees. Since protein is the building blocks of living things, a bee colony without pollen cannot continue its life.

How can you consume?
You can consume it by mixing it with yogurt, milk, fruit juice or honey. In general, it is sufficient to consume 2 teaspoons daily for adults and one teaspoon daily for children under 10 years old.
