Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

As we only provide for an Item to be shipped from the Turkish Souq by Qatar Post Address to your Delivery Address or the Self-Collection Point (as the case may be), we shall not in any way be involved or concerned with any claim for refund, return, rebate or exchange of any Item in the Shipment. You shall liaise and deal directly with the Merchant in respect of any refund, return, rebate or exchange, and money-back guarantee policies and procedures which will be in accordance with the Merchant's policies and procedures. 

For exchange or return of an Item, you shall arrange to send the Item back to the Merchant at your own cost. Qatar Post may at its sole discretion but is not obliged, to advice on a service to use for exchanging or returning Items. 


For return of an Item to a Merchant while the Item is still in the Turkish Souq by Qatar Post Source Country, you may arrange for the return of the Item with us by notifying us in writing. This return will be subject to a service charge and domestic delivery cost. If the Merchant provides a free domestic return, you must provide us with a return sticker. Notwithstanding any free domestic returns, you shall be responsible for all service charges as may be notified by Turkish Souq by Qatar Post.


In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
